- www.bygreencotton.com is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- The shop may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
- You can make online purchases when the shop is open and available.
- To shop at www.bygreencotton.com, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card accepted by us.
- If you are under 18, you may only purchase with the consent of your guardian or if you otherwise have legal rights to make the purchase.
Ordering and Payment
- Select the items you wish to purchase by placing them in your "shopping cart".
- You can edit the contents of your cart up until the time of ordering, and you can continuously review your cart.
- Any additional charges, such as shipping, will be calculated just before payment.
- Place your order by clicking "Proceed to payment" and entering your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and preferred delivery method. Complete the purchase by clicking "Pay now".
- Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right for errors in pricing and product descriptions, misprints, price changes, and sold-out items.

Payment Methods
- At www.bygreencotton.com you can pay with: PayPal, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro & JCB.
- Payment is only processed once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of Funds
- When using a payment card (debit or credit), the amount will be reserved on your account. This reservation remains until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the amount will be charged. The reservation period may vary depending on your bank and product type.
Authorization with Debit Cards
- When using a debit card, the amount will appear as reserved, reducing your available balance. If you or the webshop cancel the order, the funds will not be charged, but the reservation may remain for a period of time. Only your bank (or card issuer) can remove this reservation.
· Authorization with Credit Cards
- The amount will only be withdrawn once the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order. All prices on the webshop include VAT.
- The webshop uses the following currency: Euro (EUR).
- Green Cotton Group A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all data with SSL protocol, ensuring your information is safe and inaccessible to third parties.
- Our own webshop also uses SSL encryption.
Shipping and Delivery
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your address or pickup point.

When you shop at www.bygreencotton.com your package will be shipped within 2 business days from your order. During sales periods, longer delivery times may occur. Your package will be shipped with GLS (DHL if you live in Germany and Austria). Please find prices below:

Estimated delivery time (outside sale periods): 1–3 business days.
Returns
- You have the right to return any item purchased from www.bygreencotton.com within 14 days, including sale items.
Return Period
- The 14-day return period starts from the day you receive your order.
- If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the return period begins once you receive the final package.
- If the return deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it will be extended to the following business day.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- If an item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to evaluate it (as you would in a physical store), a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
- The item must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel the purchase.

- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been processed. You may also return your order by refusing delivery or by handing it back to the delivery service upon arrival.
Processing Your Return
- You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return.
- Returns are processed within up to 7 business days from the date we receive your package.
- Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
- In accordance with Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
To exercise your right:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at shop@bygreencotton.dk
- Clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
- Return the item(s) to us no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
Condition of Returned Items
- You are only liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature and functionality.
- Trying the item as you would in a physical store is permitted.
- Items showing signs of excessive use may only be eligible for a partial refund, or may be non-refundable.
- The final assessment of the item’s condition is made by Green Cotton Group A/S.
Warranty
- All products come with a 2-year warranty according to Danish law. This covers defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
- Defects must be reported within a reasonable time from receipt of the product - a maximum of 2 months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
- The warranty does not cover misuse or improper handling of the product.
- Green Cotton Group A/S covers return shipping costs within reason.

We do not accept returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
Customer and Privacy Policy
- We do not resell or share your personal information. Your data is stored securely and only used for fulfilling your order. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
- To complete a purchase with Green Cotton Group A/S, we need the following information:

- Phone number
- Email address
- This data is recorded to deliver your order and is stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
- When collecting data on our website, we ensure it is done with your explicit consent and with full transparency.

Right to complain
- In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service.
- You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
- It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
- You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr
