Delivery and Shipping
At bygreencotton.dk you can only order goods through our website. If you have queries relating to products not found on this page, you are welcome to contact us. When you shop with bygreencotton.dk, agreements are entered in Danish. It is not possible to login to the website and see previous orders. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Your package will be shipped within 2 business days from your order. During sales periods, longer delivery times may occur. Your package will be shipped with GLS. Please find prices below.
How to shop with us
To make a purchase at www.bygreencotton.com, you will go through four steps: 1. Find the product(s) you want and add them to the shopping cart. 2. Enter your personal information. 3. Select the shipping/payment method. 4. Accept our Terms & Conditions. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT.
You can pay for your products with PayPal, Dankort, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. There is no fee for payments on www.bygreencotton.com. The amount will be deducted from your account when we ship the goods to you. It is not possible for larger amounts to be deducted than the one you approved upon purchase.

Right of withdrawal and return
Kindly check the goods upon receipt. If the contents are damaged, please contact us and return the damaged goods. Find out more by clicking here: Standard cancellation form. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. (NOTE: Orders made in November and December may be exchanged until January 20th). You must pay the direct costs incurred from returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the product from the time of its delivery. THE PRODUCT’S STATE WHEN YOU RETURN IT: You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and manner in which it operates. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as though you would test it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used. In the case of a withdrawn purchase, this means that only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be refunded to you, depending on the product's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you may only do the same as you would be permitted at a physical store. You may test the product, but may not bring it into actual use.
Refund of purchase amount:
If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the case of a depreciation that you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay, and in any case at the latest 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We complete such a refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation of its return in advance. Expedition will go faster if you also enclose the return slip when you ship returns to us. This is shipped with the item and can also be found here: Standard cancellation form. Please do not return products by cash on delivery.
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s defective goods rules can apply to purchases. As a consumer, you have two years' right to claim. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. In general, the product will be exchanged for a new item of the same size and model. If this is not possible, you will either be offered a reduction in the price, receive a store credit or your money will be refunded. This, of course, is assuming that the claim is justified and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour that has caused the defect.
How quickly must I make a claim?
You must make a claim within a "reasonable amount of time" after you have discovered the product’s defect. If you make a claim within two months after the defect has been discovered, the claim will always be considered timely. We refund reasonable shipping costs. If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Send the product to: by Green Cotton A/S Thrigesvej 5 7430 Ikast We need the following information when you ship to us: If you have a claim, you must send us an e-mail that contains the following information: - Order number - A description of the claim’s nature (preferably with photos) We expedite your claim as quickly as possible, and if a product has a defect or is improperly expedited, we will naturally refund your shipping costs. If you have sent an item for withdrawal or claim, you will always receive an e-mail once we have received the item. In the e-mail, you will receive information regarding the continued process in handling your withdrawal / claim. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or the like. Remember, the product must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to bygreencotton.dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not register any personally sensitive information. When signing up for a newsletter, we will register your e-mail address. The e-mail address is not disclosed to others. As registree with by Green Cotton A/S, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to gain insight into what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act, and inquiries relating to this shall be directed to by Green Cotton A/S via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org

If you wish to submit a complaint about your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency Centre for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jakobsens vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission’s online portal. This will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.
